Shipping policy

Products already availible in Malaysia

After receiving full payment, products available in Malaysia will be dispatched within five (5) days through local post.
Once the products have been shipped, Golden Concept Malaysia will provide the client with the tracking number.
Golden Concept Malaysia will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the products during this mode of delivery.
Additionally, customers can request hand-delivery of Golden Concept products, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our worldwide shipping rate is $29 for orders below $149 and complimentary shipping on orders over $150.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 45 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for customized, used or discounted products.
