Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 45 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this period.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Please note that customized products, gift cards, and discounted items are not eligible for return.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 45–60 days for the full process to be completed, depending on your payment provider and location.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 60 days:
Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
Contact your bank, as internal processing delays can occur.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the item is unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with the original packaging intact.
Please note that customized products and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
